Appium Interview Simulator

This free Appium interview simulator drills 21 real questions the way they actually get asked in SDET interviews. Reveal the answer, then face the interviewer’s follow-up — and see how often each question comes up so you spend time where it counts. Filter by capabilities, gestures, contexts and hybrid apps, or switch to one-by-one practice mode.

How to use the Appium simulator

Every card shows a real Appium interview question with its difficulty and an “asked %” that reflects how frequently it appears. Read the question, answer it out loud or in your head, then reveal the model answer and the code. The moment you do, the interviewer’s follow-up appears — the same way a real panel drills deeper — so you practise the second and third question, not just the first.

Focus on the high-frequency Appium questions first

Use the high-frequency only filter to narrow the set to the questions asked 80%+ of the time. Those are your highest-return study set the week before an interview. Once those feel automatic, widen the net to medium and hard questions, and use practice mode to simulate the pressure of answering one at a time against the clock.

How to use this tool

  1. Browse all 21 questions, or filter by topic and difficulty.
  2. Read each question, then reveal the answer and code.
  3. Face the follow-up that appears — practise it too.
  4. Turn on ‘high-frequency only’ to drill the most-asked questions first.
  5. Switch to practice mode to answer one at a time.

Frequently asked questions

Is this Appium interview simulator free?

Yes. It runs entirely in your browser with nothing to install, and it is free for interview preparation.

How many Appium questions does it include?

It includes 21 real Appium interview questions, each with a model answer, code where relevant, and a follow-up question.

What does the ‘asked %’ mean?

It is an estimate of how often that question appears in interviews, so you can prioritise the ones most likely to come up.

How should I practise for a Appium interview?

Start with the high-frequency questions, answer out loud before revealing the answer, and always attempt the follow-up — that is where most candidates get caught.
