No thanks, I'll skip the free cheat sheetsTwo offers, and the higher CTC is not always the better job. This free job offer comparison calculator puts up to four offers side by side — real monthly in-hand after tax, plus a weighted score across the things you actually care about: growth, work-life balance, culture, brand and work mode.
The calculator computes each offer’s real monthly in-hand (FY 2026-27 tax) so you compare take-home, not headline CTC. But it also asks you to rate each offer on the factors that shape whether you’ll still be happy in a year — and lets you weight those factors, so the final score reflects your priorities, not a generic formula.
Each factor gets a weight from 1 to 5. Your relative in-hand feeds in as a heavily weighted “money” factor, and your ratings on growth, balance, culture, brand and work mode add the rest. The tool normalises everything to a single score per offer and flags the strongest overall — change a weight and the winner can change, which is exactly the point.
Yes, it runs in your browser and is free to use.
From each offer’s CTC using FY 2026-27 new-regime tax, a standard basic/HRA split, 12% PF and professional tax — the same engine as the in-hand salary calculator.
Yes — every factor has a weight slider, so the final score reflects your own priorities rather than a fixed formula.
Up to four at once, side by side.
